The return process can take time. For France, allow about 20 to 30 days by air. Or 2 and a half months by boat. For example, a return from France to New Caledonia by air for a small package costs approximately between 10 and 20 €.


Please note that this return will be at your expense if you pay with Stripe.


If you made your purchases with Paypal, a return order will be handled by Paypal and you will not have to pay anything provided you follow their procedures given by Paypal. Read carefully here: https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

B- DELIVERY

4 OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU:

1) YOU WISH TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR ORDER
We process orders quickly, within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send us an email for cancellation or modification to contact@couleurslagon.com

2) YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER
Our delivery times are 10 to 28 days.
If you do not receive your item within 60 days then we will refund you in full.

IMPORTANT NOTE COVID-19: Please be aware that due to the international health situation and the COVID measures in place since the beginning of the crisis in February 2020, these deadlines are all extended. Please note that borders may even be closed! We ask you to take good note of this.
All actors in the logistics chain are affected, as well as all authorities at departure and destination. Each case is unique. Please take this into account when placing your orders, especially if you are outside the most frequented commercial routes.

3) YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM BUT ARE NOT SATISFIED
Please note, only Paypal guarantees a refund of your costs in case of a return order due to NON-CONFORMITY of the product or DISSATISFACTION with the item.

You chose Paypal for your purchase, well done. Go back to chapter A- to follow the recommendations.

You paid by Stripe: no worries! You can return your item up to 20 days after your payment.
Here's how in 3 steps:
1. Contact support at contact@couleurslagon.com to notify us that you wish to make a return.
2. Print and fill out the return form (downloadable form here)
3. Send your item to the address we will provide by email.
Upon receipt of the item in our warehouses, we will refund the total amount of your purchase (product cost + shipping) in the form of a voucher. If you would like another form of refund, please specify.
Please note: return costs remain at your expense if you have not chosen Paypal.

4) YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT DAMAGED
Transport during delivery rarely causes damage to the ordered product.
Should this happen or if you notice a manufacturing defect on your received item. Contact us at contact@couleurslagon.com and send us the following details:
1. Your order number
2. Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, etc.)
3. A photo or video of the defect
After ensuring that everything is in order, you will not need to return the product, we will directly refund the amount of your order in the form of a Voucher. If you want another form of refund, please specify.

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Other non-returnable items:
    * Gift cards
    * Downloadable software products
    * Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    * Book with obvious signs of use
    * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@couleurslagon.com.


    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@couleurslagon.com and send your item to:

    Gifts
    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      D- Return Policy for Payments via Stripe

      Precautions to take for returning your item(s)

      Returns for exchange are entirely possible. Please follow the procedure below: STRIPE Return

      1. Return Preparation:

        • Take photos of your order and send them to us to document the item's condition before its return.
        • In case of a defect, take photos of the defects and send them to us for verification before return authorization.
        • Provide a detailed reason for your return request so we can improve our products and services.
      2. Return Conditions:

        • Return the new item in its original or equivalent packaging. This allows us to verify that our supplier has met their commitments.
        • Use protective packaging equivalent or identical to what you received. Penalties may apply if the packaging is insufficient and damage is noted upon receipt.

      4. Information on the Return Slip:

        • Indicate "return of merchandise" as the nature of the package.
        • Describe the item (e.g., handbag), its weight (e.g., 220g), its price (€50.81), and its quantity (1).
      5. Return Timeframe:

        • From France, allow approximately 20 to 30 days by air or 2 and a half months by boat.
        • Example return cost: approximately €10 or less for small items, and €20 or more for larger ones.
        • If your item is small, we strongly recommend returning it by air, which will not cost you much. This will save you time in receiving your refund, if applicable.
      6. Tracking and Confirmation:

        • After sending, send us a photo of the return label and your post office receipt, including the total cost of return and the tracking number.
      7. Refund Request:

        • Send us your bank details (RIB) for the refund. If your bank prevents refunds to certain cards, we can use your RIB.
        • Wait for our request for your RIB if we are unable to refund you on the credit card you used for payment.
      8. Return Fees:

        • Return shipping costs are your responsibility because you paid with Stripe.
        • Once the item is received and processed, you will receive an email with refund details. Minimum fees may apply depending on the item's condition.
        • This is why we also recommend that you return the item with packaging at least equivalent to what you received to avoid any damage during return transit that could be charged to you! You will find all compliant and secure packaging at a lower cost for your return at your post office.
      9. Size Exchange:

        • The new item will be sent upon receipt of the tracking number for the returned item.
        • Any price difference will be requested before the new item is sent.
      10. Alternative Options: make someone happy around you!

      • You can choose to sell the item that's too big or too small locally, or offer it to a loved one. It's also a great opportunity to make those around you happy.
