Right of cancellation
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision using the withdrawal button or form available on our website, or by email to contact@couleurslagon.com, indicating your name and order reference. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Items such as swimwear, shorty suits, surf suits, or any other clothing worn directly on the skin, if unsealed or tried on after delivery, for hygiene reasons;
- Personalized items or items made to customer specifications.
Condition of returned goods — Customer responsibility
In accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you are responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
The following are considered to impair the condition of the goods and may lead to a reduction or refusal of the refund:
- Any item worn in the sea, pool, or during a sports activity;
- Any item washed, rinsed, or treated with a chemical product (sunscreen, oil, etc.);
- Any item showing visible traces of use (deformation, snag, discoloration, odor);
- Any item from which the labels have been removed.
The return must be made in its original condition, with tags attached, in the original or equivalent packaging. Couleurs Lagon reserves the right to apply a discount proportional to the depreciation observed upon receipt, or to refuse a refund if the item is clearly used or damaged.
This withdrawal policy complies with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the French Consumer Code.
